Do I need modular construction experience?
Not necessarily! If you’ve got a solid trade background, we’ll bring you up to speed.
Is the company based only in the Huon Valley?
That’s our home base, but we work across Tasmania, with future growth areas already planned.
What’s the culture like at Ernest Cutler Constructions?
Professional, friendly, and proud. We care about the standard of work we produce and treat our team with respect.
Is there room to grow?
Absolutely. We’re expanding our team and our footprint, there’s room to step up, take on more responsibility, or even move into leadership roles over time.
